Holding an estate sale is much different than holding a yard or garage sale. An estate sale is a well planned out high quality sale of a lifetime of memories and treasures. With our professional and licensed estate sales, we spend days preparing the items by organizing, pricing properly with actual market value to capture top dollar for you, inventorying all items, displaying properly for visual perfection, marketing to the right audience, holding a private invitation only sale before the big 3 day public sale, displaying professional signage, holding a 3-day well organized secure public sale, and so much more. Our sales are different, more professional, and we know you will capture more in the end.

What do we look for and require? The first step is that we will come and look at what you have and provide you with an estimated value of your items and what we believe you will earn after our fee. We may even offer to buy certain items directly from you at that time. We hold sales exclusively for whole households or businesses that need to liquidate. Items that are being sold must be clean and the environment must be clean and safe from dangerous chemicals and must have water and power turned on for the week of the sale. 

 

It takes an entire week to properly capture the most value for your precious items. We handle the entire sale from beginning to end and even have security staff available if needed to protect your valuables during our sales.  

Our fee is 40% of the entire sale revenue, but our values on your items and our target markets are higher paying and you will earn more than holding a traditional sale even with our fee. Example, we have had clients attempting to sell chairs for $20 that were worth $600 to our buyers. Do not rush the sales process. It will be better for you in the long run.
